The Montessori Centre was established in 2013 formerly Fort Mcmurray Montessori Group of Schools to provide an inclusive and affordable professional organization for Montessori educators and schools in Fort McMurray to work together to promote high-fidelity Authentic Montessori to the Families in Wood Buffalo and help one another to address the challenges that we all face.
TMC offers excellent, practical, and very supportive professional development, networking, school and childcare set up, and teacher education.
As a professional organization, TMC believes that Montessori educators and schools need to work together in collaboration. Our Member schools are also partners and members to other FortMcmurray, Alberta, or national Montessori organizations.
